MANCHESTER – The issue of Radamel Falcao rift with coach Louis van Gaal is still discussed. In the opinion of The Sun reporter, Neil Custis, Van Gaal did not like the appearance of Falcao.
Since his move from AS Monaco last summer, new Falcao was able to score three goals in the Premier League this season. The player nicknamed El Tigre was not even playing when the painful 0-1 defeat against Southampton at Old Trafftord.
“I knew from the beginning of Louis van Gaal did not like with Falcao in a training session and he did not like to see it since not included in the squad for the match against Southampton,” says Custis as reported by talkSPORT, Friday (01/23/2015).
United had a chance to have the Colombian national team player with a permanent status of Monaco at a price of 43 million pounds, or approximately Rp800 billion. However, Custis assess Van Gaal consider choosing a young player James Wilson to duet with Robin van Persie.
“If United had to pay 43 million pounds for him, it seems not. If 23 million pounds may be considered but not for 43 million pounds and 280 thousand per week salary, “he continued.
Finally, Falcao also play against Crystal Palace and has not scored a goal, even United’s young striker, James Wilson, who entered in the second half could have doubled United’s lead.
