NEWCASTLE, – Newcastle United announced that it has cut contract one attacked midfielder Hatem Ben Arfa. The Frenchman will join Ligue 1, Nice.
Nice announced on Saturday (03/01/2015) has reached an agreement to bring Ben Arfa personal. The 27-year-old at Newcastle this season on loan to Hull City.
“Newcastle confirm that Hatem Ben Arfa and the club has reached an agreement for the termination of the contract between the two parties that have agreed together. Newcastle United hope the best for the future Hatem,” the official statement Newcastle.
Ben Arfa joined Newcastle on loan from Marseille in August 2010. The former Lyon player then get a permanent contract a year later.
Three seasons are in St James Park, Ben Arfa scored 19 goals in a total of 81 matches. However, he also had sharply criticized because it often acting in the squad for the Magpies.
