Milan – Nigel de Jong admitted very happy at AC Milan and want to continue to survive in the club. Dutch midfielder is ready to discuss the renewal contract with the Rossoneri.
De Jong was recruited Milan from Manchester City in the summer of 2012 and is under contract for three years. That is, the current contract will expire at the end of this season.
De Jong has no plans to seek new challenges in the near future. The 29-year-old is still at home in Milan and is ready to meet with the club to discuss the brand-new contract.
“My contract is a question to (Milan chief executive Adriano) Galliani,” said De Jong was quoted by Sky Sports.
“I am happy, Milan. I do not see any problem for contract renewal. Let’s hope we still have time,” he said.
De Jong has appeared in 69 games in all competitions for Milan and scored five goals.
